Position Title: Purchasing Engineer
Salary: $56,000.00 - $82,800.00 per year. Salary Range depends on qualifications.

The position will perform methods and practices to guarantee the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess faculty to parse data and market circumstances for the present and future pricing, and capacity of goods and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the placement of orders and coordination of product delivery
- Developing a long-term strategy to improve the supplier base for the assigned commodities and services
- Ensure effective manufacturer contracting and store management standards are used with best performance
- Develop a strategic plan for purchasing. Proceed closely with company cost modeling to control stock costs
- Coordinate new product and product assortment
- Concentrating on procurement processes to support client
- Work very promptly with other employees to have information regarding the competition, potential manufacturers, pricing initiatives and quality issues
Personal capabilities:
- Ability to show up, solve a wide range of technical and none-technical problems
- Ability to write standard documentation, policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently, communicate externally
- Advanced MS Office proficiency for timely reporting
- Ability to hoist up to 15 pounds and from time to time lift or move up to 37 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is required
- legal age 21+; US Lawful Permanent Resident
- No relocation is required
